Update v0.2.1

Here's a small update, v0.2.1. Here's what's changed since v0.2:

• Zombies now follow the player more accurately
• Pickup item drop frequency has been adjusted for better balance
• Fixed a bug regarding collision detection between the player and pickup items
• Added downloads for Windows, macOS, Linux and Raspberry Pi
